Carlie's 9th Birthday Bash--June 27, 2009

Carlie's actual birthday is June 20th, however, Dad was out of town that weekend so much to Carlie's dismay, we had her party a week later.  Planning a summer birthday party proved to be very tricky.  We were afraid that no one would be able to come due to summer vacation plans.  But as you can see, all the worries were for naught--we had a "Pool-Full" of kids.  The party pretty much played out like this:  swim, water-balloon fight, swim, eat pizza, swim, decorate cupcakes, open presents, and then swim again.  The pool is such an easy form of entertainment which made our jobs really easy!  So hopefully everyone slept great for their parents that night!!!  Party guests included:  Ariana Braun, Emily Havey, Jazlyn Taylor, Zoe McCleve, Taylor Daake, Madeline Johnson-Barbier, and Jonas Votaw (the lone boy)!  Carlie "let" her brothers come to the party but they were not suppose to talk to anyone--but she was too busy with all of her friends to enforce her own rule thank goodness!  All in all we had a great time!
